God's Word by their beds.
God's Word on their walls.
God's word on cupboard doors.
God's word in their windows.
God's Word EVERYWHERE they look.
It's a command. Deut. 6:6-9

After sharing a Bible craft with your children consider sharing
This weeks bulletin insert features Deuteronomy 6:7 ...
The second half of the greatest commandment
God's COMMANDS to parents.

You might start with
"Pocket Scriptures" because...
They are so very simple to use.

They print three strips per 8.5" x11" sheet.
All a Sunday School Teacher has to do is cut cut out the strips...
two simple cuts.
All mom and dad have to do...once a day...
is snip off a verse.
No mess
Clicking the first strip prints Child friendly verses From a variety of translations.
Clicking the second strip prints optional questions to print on the back of the verses.
Clicking the third strip prints verses from the King James translation only

A GREAT VBS craft project IS.
"Scripture Box, Scripture Cross, Scripture Wallet"
Click any image to print leaders/parents guide.

The lesson in folding the cross as a box is to slip a grain of rice or pea inside
just before glue sticking the cross/box closed. Ask the children to put the box on a shelf
in their room and when they are afraid shake it as a reminder that
they are surrounded by Christ...and his word...after shaking the box and praying
suggest they read one or more verses.
There is SAFETY in God's word."
The lesson in folding the cross as a wallet Is to suggest to children that
"God's riches at Christ's expense" are always available...
that no matter their need their FIRST thought
should be of prayer and scripture...not money.

The lesson in cutting out the Scripture Cross as is,
is to remind children that without the power of the cross
the Bible would be only words.
Suggest they display the cross in their home near where they sleep.

We are not out to make money or collect your email address.
We just believe that starting each day with a Bible Verse in their pocket is good for children.
